Snow Day, SAABsicle, Paczki

We had a fair amount of snow last night.  As a result, work is cancelled!  It's still snowing, so there's hope that I may be off tomorrow too.  Whoo hoo!

This should give you an idea of how much snow we had.  Not exactly a blizzard but enough to keep everyone home.

It turned my much beloved SAAB 900 into a SAABcicle!

Knowing that car, I could probably just dust it off and drive out.

However, I'm going to stay inside, eat Polish pastries and drink English tea.

And I'm heading down the The Dungeon to work on the Kay guitar.

That pastry, by the way, is pronounced "punch-key."  Part of my heritage is Polish.  On The Amazing Race a couple of seasons ago, they were in Poland and had to go to people's apartments and eat pączki. I was thrilled!
